At TRITAC Academy, we’re going to try something a bit different. I (Matt Bryers) am going to start documenting some aspects that go into developing TRITAC as well as running a successful martial arts business.

Part of that is the development of the TRITAC Martial Arts System and Media Channel (YouTube). We have big dreams and hopes for TRITAC, and this is one the ways we’re going to start experiencing this journey.

PLEASE – any feedback or comments – let us know!

How to Fight Multiple Opponents: TRITAC Flow Drill

Free TRITAC Intro Course: https://goo.gl/3jYx9I

TRITAC Martial Arts is one of the unique fighting systems that instantly address how to fight against multiple opponents / attackers.

In today’s violent society, your self-defense system or martial arts system needs to address who to defend against multiple attackers. If not, then you martial arts training may be hurting you when it comes to a real street fight, or self-defense situation.

In TRITAC, one of our unique approaches to multiple attacker self-defense is using our “FRAMES”. TRITAC Frames are a “moment in time” where we use them to defend against multiple attackers or to close the distance to Smash & Enter.

TRITAC Frames and the Split Frame Concepts come from the influence of Keysi Fighting Method and Defence Lab.

Andy Norman from Defence Lab uses the split-frame in a lot of his Defence Lab Techniques for self defense. Andy Norman and the Defence Lab Crew just started a new online university for learning the Defence Lab: DNA Fight Science System.

Keysi Fighting Method or sometimes called KFM was a system of self defense and hand to hand combat. Keysi Fighting Method was created by Andy Norman and Justo Dieguez. KFM was known close quarters combat techniques and using a double arm cover over its head which was known as The Pensador.

John Leabo and Mike Simon are both Black Belts in Keysi Fighting Method and Defence Lab; and it is important to them that they always give credit to where they learned certain martial arts techniques and concepts.

Together, along with other partners, they formed TRITAC Martial Arts and is offered through Soul Fighters Academy.

This TRITAC Martial Arts Training Drill for Hammer Fist Strikes also can be used as a multiple opponent self-defense. The Hammer fist can become a powerful self defense weapon. Also, if you put a self-defense weapon such as a pen, cell-phone, bottle, or any impact weapon; the hammer strike also can be used with a self-defense weapon in your hand.

Kobukai Ju-Jitsu / TRITAC Holiday Bash Highlights 2016

Combat Jiu-Jitsu Highlight from the Kobukai Ju-Jitsu and TRITAC-Jitsu Holiday Bash at the Jiu-Jitsu and Strength Academy in Cromwell, CT.

The Kobukai Ju-Jitsu Bash has been a tradition for 22 years. Each year Jiu-Jitsu schools and TRITAC Martial Arts Schools get together to “bash it out”.

The rules are simple – go as hard as you want to go! Punches, Hammer Fists, Knees, Elbows, Takedowns, and Submission Fighting.

Each year non-Black Belt students have a chance to challenge the black belts for a bottle of sake. This year we used tournament style to allow the under-belts a chance to battle each other for the sake!
