In this Self Defense Technique lesson Sean Jugler with Matt Bryers from TRITAC-Jitsu teach you how to defend against a grab and punch attack.

The self-defense technique series focuses on using TRITAC Frames to defend against multiple punches, and then enter into Combat Grappling Range, where you will learn how to do the wrestling duck under, and then finish with the Kata Ha Jime Jiu-Jitsu Choke, which can be done with a Gi or any clothing.
