W7 is the white belt (W) entrance were you will starting learning to "Frame Flow" ... which means that you will be "switching" your frame and moving it around your head to make it more dynamic. The W7 Entrance is good for multiple punches defense where your opponent is throwing a jab, cross or 2 hooks. The W7 is also a very attacking frame where you are switching your Frame 1 to attack back and forth.
