TRITAC-Jitsu: W10 Flow Lesson Preview


The TRITAC-Jitsu W10 Entrance and Flows focus in dealing with single or multiple punches using the concepts of boxing parrying and entering in with our Frames.

We are fighting from our Fence Position and using the fence to defend against straight punches and enter in with TRITAC Frames,

There are a variety of takedowns and flows we utilize from the W10 Entrance.

Some of them include:

Straight Punches Defense – Osoto Gari (with TRITAC Frame Flow)
Multiple Punches Defense – Kouchi Gari
Punch Defense – Ouchi Gari
… and all of these use TRITAC Frame flowing to defend against the punches, but enter in strong with frame elbows.

Grab & Punch Self Defense – TRITAC-Jitsu: W8 Lesson Preview

Learn Punch Self-Defense when your opponent grabs your shirt, neck or collar. Learn Self Defense Techniques against a grab and punch – a very common street fight attack that you should learn to defend yourself against.

In this TRITAC-Jitsu Lesson Preview, we highlight what we will be working on in TRITAC-Jitsu Classes (locally and online).

The first and most important aspect is learning to use your Frame to defend against incoming punches, and then use your Frame 1 Diagonal elbow to enter into close quarters combat range to get your underhook.

You’ll also learn some TRITAC Drills to learning self-defense when someone grabs and punches you.

TRITAC-Jitsu Lesson – Punch Defense & Attack Entrance [W7]

TRITAC-Jitsu Lesson Preview for the W7 Entrance and Flows. W7 is the white belt (W) entrance were you will starting learning to “Frame Flow” … which means that you will be “switching” your frame and moving it around your head to make it more dynamic.

The W7 Entrance is good for multiple punches defense where your opponent is throwing a jab, cross or 2 hooks.

The W7 is also a very attacking frame where you are switching your Frame 1 to attack back and forth.

W6 Flows – TRITAC-Jitsu Weekly Lesson Preview


TRITAC-Jitsu Lesson Preview for the W6 Entrance and Flows. W6 is the white belt (W) entrance were you will learn to attack the center line of the body, and move to either side of your opponent based upon his reactions. The W6 entrance is a very effective entrance for wrestling style takedowns.
