In this TRITAC-Jitsu Ground Flow - Matt Bryers and Sean Jugler show how to use the Kimura Lock to get the Kimura Submission, the Kimura BJJ Sweep or Hip Bump Jiu-Jitsu Sweep. From the kimura sweep, you will learn how to transfer from the jiu-jitsu mount position into the knee on belly position. From here learn how to attack the Kimura Lock submission from knee on belly when your opponent pushes on your knee. After the Knee on Belly Kimura Submission, you will reset and get the kimura submission from side control.
