In this week of our TRITAC-Jitsu Classes we will be working on:
W2 Entrance:
W2 Stands for W=WHITE 2... the second entrance on the TRITAC-Jitsu White to Blue Curriculum.
The technical application if W2 is the "kill the lead" with an internal hammer strike (similar to a boxing parry) and the an external hammer to the create a "doorway" the back control.
BJJ & Grappling Application of W2, the Arm-Drag. You will drill and learn how to apply and move with the arm-drag to the back.
W2 Entrance Open Hands - learn to clear the arm from a reach or grab
W2 Hammer Entrance - how use hammer strikes to kill the lead and enter into back control.
From these entrances we will work on:
- Tani-Otoshi takedown
- Standing Rear-Naked Choke (x2 Applications)
- Straight Arm-Lock

In this TRITAC Combat MMA Lesson (#51) students will be working their training flow they have been working on all class, and then up the intensity of the flow by challenging each other and switching in multiple opponents.

TRITAC-Flow: Punch & Elbow › Ippon Seoi Nage › Escape

In this TRITAC-Jitsu Flow, you will learn how to punch, elbow and smash and enter to the Japanese Jiu-Jitsu Throw: Ippon Seoi Nage. From there, you will also learn how to escape standing knee on belly with a climbing escape to the Judo throw: Tani Otoshi.
This TRITAC Flow is designed to give you and your training partners the fighting skills to strike enter and how to takedown your opponent; but also the ability to escape and defend in self-defense situations when you are grounded and cannot get back to your feet easily.

Self-Defense Techniques: Arm Drags, Chokes & Breaks

In this self defense technique, Matt Bryers from TRITAC-Jitsu shows you how to enter into grappling range in a self-defense situation or real street fight. Using this self-defense technique to enter in, you will then learn:
- How to defend against a punch and get your opponents back for a takedown or throw.
- Self-Defense Techniques to break the arm either standing or on the ground.
- Self Defense Chokes and neck cranks after you enter in.
The "entrance" self-defense technique is called W2 in TRITAC-Jitsu. W refers to White Belt, and 2 is the second entrance in our TRITAC-Jitsu Curriculum.
W2 uses and internal hammer / external hammer strike to enter in. Hammer strikes are very effective techniques to use in any self-defense situation or real fight. The hammer strikes can also mirror a weapon - which is vital if the situation escalates itself and your punch self-defense now need to be weapons self-defense techniques.
