Recognize the problem.
Practice your response.
Start with awareness, movement and protective structure. A practice might connect a cover and a frame to creating distance and leaving the situation, rather than staying to exchange techniques.
Online lessons help you study the decisions and movements. Partner contact and scenario drills need qualified supervision and a controlled setting. Weapons training requires safe training equipment; watching a lesson is not a substitute for coached practice.

THE SAME SET, A DIFFERENT ORDER.
These plans organize different priorities within TRITAC-Combatives. The five-course Intro Pack is a free introduction to the wider system, not full access to every plan. For deeper training, use the full Hub and get a coach's guidance on what and how to practice.
