The deal, in writing.
This is the plain-English version. The full legal document is not written yet. When it is, nothing in it will contradict what is written here.
The free plan
No card, no obligation, no expiry date. Nothing converts into a charge, because we never took a card. The video library is open on the free plan for now. Live classes and clips are not.
The $49 Kickstart
$49 today for 21 days. Then $49/mo if you stay. Your card on file rolls into the $49/mo membership at day 21 unless you cancel first. Cancel in two taps on your membership page, or reply to the text we send 3 days before. Cancel inside the Kickstart and you keep the 21 days you paid for. The $49/mo never starts.
The guarantee: ask any time in the first 21 days and the $49 comes back. No conditions, no exit interview.
Membership
$49/mo online. A coach call every quarter is included. Cancel in two taps on your membership page. You keep access through the period you already paid for, and nothing is charged after that. No contract. Pausing is an in-gym thing, handled at the desk in Cromwell. Online, you cancel and your map waits for you.
Your rate is locked at the price you joined at. Your logs, map, and history stay yours, kept through cancellation unless you ask for erasure.
Content and ownership
TRITAC's lessons, videos, and curriculum stay TRITAC's, licensed to you for your own training. Your footage and your training record are yours.
Train like an adult
Physical training carries physical risk. Train within your limits and scale drills to your body and your space. Talk to a doctor if you have a condition that makes training a question. The online system is built for adults; teens train on a parent-owned account, kids train in person where a coach can see them.
