Any platform can show you a technique. TRITAC watches you do it. Footage review with a named coach, a direct text line, and a live feed from the Cromwell mat.
Every video platform on earth can show you a technique. None of them can watch you do it and tell you what is off. That gap is the reason people train online for years and stay beginners.
You cannot see your own dropped hand. You cannot feel that your sprawl arrives late, because it arrives late against no one. Solo training without outside eyes bakes errors in exactly as fast as it builds habits.
TRITAC closes the gap the only way it closes: a real coach, watching your movement, telling you what to fix first. The tooling below exists to make that affordable at $49 a month instead of $75 a session.
It works like this. You film yourself training: shadowwork, drilling, rolling, whatever your plan calls for. Phone propped on a bag, thirty seconds to three minutes, normal quality. You send it through the hub.
A named coach watches it and comes back to you 1-on-1. You hear what is working, what to fix first, and what your map says to train next. Not a form letter. A coach's eyes on your movement, with your history in front of them.
On the $49 Kickstart, the review happens live on a call, and Matt takes those calls himself. For members, a review is included every quarter. Between reviews, your log and your clips keep the coach current on where you are.
The awkwardness you are imagining lasts one video.
One named coach sees what you send. It is not posted and not shared to any feed. Marketing use requires your explicit written consent, and you can delete your footage whenever you want.
Footage review is also optional. The plan works without it. It works faster with it, and the choice stays yours on every single video.
During your Kickstart you get a direct text line to your coach. Stuck on a detail, unsure what to log, second-guessing a rep: text it, get an answer from the person who watched your tape.
The community feed carries daily questions. Coaches answer them, members compare notes, and the answers stay attached to the skills they cover. Real names, coaches present, gym culture. The mat in Cromwell sets the tone.
And when class runs in Cromwell, the cameras go live. The screen on the left is the real page: click a camera and watch coaching happen in real time, from wherever you are. It is the closest a screen gets to standing matside.
Built by Matt Bryers. 25+ years on the mat. 3rd degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Rafael Formiga Barbosa. Kobukai Jujitsu under Russ St. Hilaire. He has run the gym in Cromwell for 16 years and still teaches on its mat every week.
The coaching bench behind him has cornered fighters, built beginners into competitors, and taught the exact material on your plan to live rooms for years.
