$49/mo online, cancel or pause with one email, no contract. Your rate is locked at the price you joined at. Your logs, map, and history stay yours, kept through cancellation unless you ask for erasure.

Physical training carries physical risk. Train within your limits and scale drills to your body and your space. Talk to a doctor if you have a condition that makes training a question. The online system is built for adults; teens train on a parent-owned account, kids train in person where a coach can see them.
