TRITAC SCHOOL OS · ONE SYSTEM, EVERY DOOR

Keep the students
you already won.

Your billing software runs payments. Nothing runs the training. TRITAC School OS maps your curriculum into an engine your students use between classes. Progress stays visible, classes confirm themselves, and you see who is moving and who went quiet.

The demo is open now. The call with the founder costs nothing.

THE PROBLEM YOU ALREADY KNOW

Progress goes dark.
Then they quit.

A student trains hard on Tuesday, disappears into their week, and returns having lost half the thread. Their progress is real but invisible, so motivation leaks. Somewhere between the six-month mark and the first missed belt test, the invisible progress problem becomes a cancellation.

Meanwhile the training side of the business runs on memory. What Tuesday's class covered lives in one coach's head, and who is stalling lives in another's. Billing software cannot fix either one. It manages payments and schedules, not training.

SCHOOL OS · FOUR MODULES

What the platform does
for your school.

● MODULE 01 · CURRICULUM

Your curriculum, mapped

We take what lives in your binders and your instructors' heads and build it into the engine, in your language, not ours. Kata become mapped sequences. Kihon become the skill catalog. Belt requirements become progression gates.

  • Your names, your ranks, your terminology, your brand
  • Your video library matched to the skills it teaches
  • Owned by you: exportable, portable, in the contract
the engine · skill catalog

THE CATALOG · KATA AS SEQUENCES, BELTS AS GATES
the engine · classes

CLASSES · RESERVE, CHECK IN, CONFIRM, CREDIT
● MODULE 02 · CLASSES

Classes that confirm themselves

Students reserve and check in with a tap. After class, the coach confirms what got taught, under a minute by text. Every checked-in student's record moves on its own: no student homework, no end-of-day data entry.

  • One habit for your staff, built for the busiest coach
  • 8,027 confirmed check-ins through this loop at our school
  • You see what got taught, who showed, who is moving
● MODULE 03 · STUDENTS

Progress students can see

Every student gets a personal skill map against your ranks and a between-class plan drawn from your curriculum. The white belt sees the distance to the next test. The teen who missed two weeks returns to a plan, not a class that moved on.

  • Skill maps and rank paths, wearing your identity
  • Between-class training plans from your material
  • Logs, streaks, and a points economy that pays for showing up

● MODULE 04 · COACHES & THE DESK

The desk works one queue

Everything the school owes somebody sits in one list, oldest first: trial follow-ups, waivers, eval videos, rank eligibility, failed payments, retention plays. The rush board shows who is at the door in the next hour, by name.

  • Coaches: the 60-second debrief that moves every student's map
  • Rank engine runs belt gates with testing, or XP tracks, your call
  • Owner view: who is moving, who went quiet, what it is worth

THE TERMS THAT MATTER

Straight answers, up front.

Who owns my curriculum after it is mapped?
You do. Unconditionally. The mapping is a service on your intellectual property, and the result is yours: exportable and portable. Your curriculum does not appear in TRITAC's consumer product, ever. That is in the contract, not in a hope.
What do my students see: my school, or TRITAC?
Your school. Your name, your ranks, your terminology, your curriculum. No $49 offers, no TRITAC upsells, no channel conflict with your own memberships. A small "powered by" line is the extent of our presence, and even that is a conversation.
What does my staff have to learn?
One habit: confirming what a class covered, which takes a coach under a minute by text. Everything downstream, student logs, skill maps, progress, runs from that. We designed the system around the busiest coach on your staff, not the most technical one.
Does this replace my billing software?
No. Keep whatever runs your payments and front desk. TRITAC runs the layer no billing product touches: the curriculum, the classes as training, and the students' progress. They ride side by side.
Does it run belt testing?
Yes, your way. The rank engine runs progression as belt gates with testing requirements, as XP tracks, or both. Our own gym runs XP mode. Either way, the ranks are yours, mapped from your curriculum, and the system shows you who is eligible before grading day.
Why should I believe this works?
Because it runs a real school daily, ours, and you can inspect it. The Cromwell gym has taught for 16 years and operates entirely on this system. On the demo, we show you the live thing, not slides. TRITAC also ran licensed satellite programs in its earlier era. And plainly: you would be among the first schools of this new era, and Matt will say exactly what that means on the call.
Will you take my school if we compete with your styles?
Style overlap is not a conflict. Geography could be: we will not map two schools fighting over the same students. If you are the first in your area, you are the only one we will work with there.
