Your email, your quiz answers, your training logs, and any footage you choose to send. That is the working set. We do not buy data about you and we do not sell data about you, to anyone, for any reason.
Quiz answers build your plan. Logs move your skill map and tune what the plan opens next. Your email gets account messages and, if you opted in, the weekly build log. Unsubscribing is one click and does not touch your account.
One named coach sees what you send for review. It is not posted and not shared to any feed. Marketing use requires your explicit written consent, and you can delete your footage whenever you want. Clips you post to the members' wall are visible to members, because that is what the wall is for.
