TRITAC teaches self-defense the way a 16-year school teaches it: structure first, defense first, no fantasy. Learn the Fence, the frames, and escapes from your living room, with a real coach checking your form.
Most self-defense marketing sells fear and a weekend seminar. Neither survives contact with a real problem. Skill you can trust comes from structure, trained in small honest doses, over months.
TRITAC's self-defense path starts where trouble starts: before contact. The Fence manages a threat at range, reading intention while both arms hold a shape you have drilled. The frames keep you protected when distance collapses. Escapes from grabs and walls come next, then striking that ends problems, then scenarios that put it together.
All of it comes from the same connected map the whole school trains, flipped defense-first. The same frame that stops a punch stops a takedown. You learn structures, not tricks, and structures hold up when you are scared.
Every session is short and specific: one skill from your plan, one lesson, one drill scaled to the space you have. The Fence and the frames drill fully solo. A doorway, a wall, and a stubborn pillow cover more than you would think.
Your log tracks every session, and your skill map shows the defensive base filling in: fence work, frame defense, escapes, movement. When you want certainty about your form, film 30 seconds on your phone and a named coach reviews it with you, 1-on-1. Only your coach ever sees it.
A partner or a class upgrades the drilling when life provides one, and the plan adapts either way. Capability compounds quietly. That is the point.
