TRITAC is an online MMA school built on a connected technique map: striking, clinch, takedowns, ground. Made for people who already train, and people between gyms. A real coach reviews your footage.
Maybe you get two classes a week at your gym and improve slower than you should. Maybe you moved, or travel, or sit between gyms with nowhere to put the work. Either way, the hours between sessions are where your progress leaks.
TRITAC is the structure for those hours. Your gym gives you partners and rounds. TRITAC gives you a plan for the week and a record of everything you train. A coach outside your building watches your footage and names the first fix.
Log your gym's rounds in two taps and they move your map like any other training. This is built to ride beside a gym, not against one. If you have a good gym, keep it.
MMA fails as a playlist because MMA is transitions. TRITAC's curriculum is a map: 270 techniques and 1,819 verified connections across striking, clinch, takedowns, and ground. Every technique carries what sets it up, what defends it, and what it earns.
Flows turn the map into training: 245 two-person sequences, striking into takedown into finish. The 3D player renders both fighters at any speed for the days you train alone. Games pressure-test the same chains live.
Your log decides your route. Grapplers get grappling depth, strikers get striking depth, and the transitions get trained instead of discovered mid-round.
