Learn Martial Arts Online With a Plan Built Around You
Learn martial arts online with a clear starting plan, even if you have never trained and are beginning at home.
You do not need to know which style fits you. You do not need to be in shape first. You do not need to sort through hundreds of techniques and guess what a beginner should practice.
TRITAC starts by learning what you want from martial arts. We then give you a foundation plan inside the Hub, our online dojo. Your free plan includes access to the video library, requires no card, and does not expire.
A video library is not a training plan
There is no shortage of martial arts videos online. The problem is knowing which lesson applies to you, what to practice first, and how one skill should lead into the next.
TRITAC gives the library a purpose. Your plan provides the direction. The Hub helps you find the instruction connected to the work you are doing, rather than leaving you to browse until something looks interesting.
You can train in the format available to you, including solo, bag, BOB, partner, or class work. When you log your training, you record whether it was solo, drilled, or live. That makes it easier to see what you are actually practicing instead of counting videos watched.
Home training can build coordination, repetition, conditioning, and understanding. It cannot replace contact, timing, or resistance with another person. Mat work builds the skill. The Hub keeps you sharp.
"I joined TRITAC with no MMA or BJJ experience, and this gym has been amazing. The coaches explain everything clearly, the training is challenging in a good way, and the community is incredibly welcoming."
